Japan Travel Buddy is a personal travel consulting service operated by Yuka Kuro, based in Vancouver, Canada. We provide personalised Japan travel planning advice and itinerary guidance to English-speaking travelers worldwide. By accessing this website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We offer a complimentary 30-minute video consultation to help you plan your trip to Japan. This consultation is: • Entirely free of charge with no obligation to purchase any further services • Conducted via video call (Zoom or Google Meet) at a mutually agreed time • Scheduled through our Calendly booking system • Limited to one free session per person We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a consultation at our discretion.

We make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date travel information. However, travel conditions, prices, opening hours, and local regulations in Japan can change without notice. Japan Travel Buddy is not responsible for: • Changes to transportation schedules, venue hours, or entry requirements after your consultation • Inaccuracies in third-party information we may reference • Any decisions you make based on the advice provided during your consultation We strongly recommend verifying critical details (such as visa requirements and transport bookings) through official sources before your trip.

All content on this website — including text, images, itinerary frameworks, and design — is the intellectual property of Japan Travel Buddy unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from this website without prior written permission. Our website integrates with the following third-party services: • Calendly — for scheduling consultations. Use of Calendly is subject to Calendly's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. • Google Fonts — for typography. No personal data is collected through this integration. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services linked from our website.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation: • Please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the Calendly link in your confirmation email • Repeated no-shows (more than twice) may result in being unable to book future consultations • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as soon as possible
