When you book a free consultation through our website, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide: • Your name — to personalise our conversation and correspondence • Your email address — to send you calendar confirmations and follow-up messages • Your estimated traveling party size — to prepare relevant recommendations We do not collect payment information, identification documents, or any sensitive personal data at this stage.

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes: • Scheduling and confirming your free 30-minute consultation • Preparing personalised travel planning suggestions prior to your call • Following up after the consultation with relevant resources or proposals We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing or automated profiling without your separate consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your name and email address are shared with Calendly Inc. solely for the purpose of scheduling your consultation. Calendly is bound by its own Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. No other third parties receive your personal data.
